  John, I got to the point were I figured. If they do not want me to help, handling mics, sound, M.S., etc... Then they could do ALL the work themselves! This included cleaning the toilets!

  If I was the child, I would have worked hard to get reinstated. Then after reinstatement, I would have shunned my parents for years and then after several years, ask them how it felt.

  John. I never even made it to M.S. Status. I was told numerous times I needed to get more F.S. Hours. I was 6 - 8 hrs per month, they said I needed at least the national avg. Shorty after that meeting, due my work. I could only make 3 - 5 hrs per month. I was no longer good enough to even handle a mic!

To do otherwise is a sure way to be labeled by all members in your hall, as a spiritual weak person barely hanging on the threads of "Mother's theocratic skirts.

  So you start the vicious cycle of reaching out but not qualifying, then reaching out again and not qualifying again.

  It never seems to be enough!

  in my area, a lot of the young jws, especially girls are getting breast implants, nose jobs, chin implants.

  asian jws girls get eyelid surgery, and one girl even got her legs lengthen 5 inches making her about five feet nine inches tall the male jws are getting hair transplants and nose jobs.

  and nobody in the congregation says a word, including elders.

  It's pretty common in my area. It's kinda a don't ask don't tell policy. A sister may show up one day at the hall looking "enhanced" but nobody is going to go up and ask her anything, they'll just don't what jw's do, gossip behind her back.

  
  

  When I was still going to the hall, a few years back when it all started, one sister comes to the hall with big boobs. No one says a thing. A couple of months later another sister, then another and another. Then a couple of years later a brother who was half bald stops coming to the meetings for a few months, no one know where he is. Finally when he shows up he has a full head of hair.

  
  

  Now when you go to the one day assembly, you see sisters with such huge lips, that they look like those sex dolls in comedy shows.with the "O" shape mouth. And when you try to get to your seat, it like running through a patch of over ripe pumpkins hanging on a clothesline.

  i took a quick trip to the store and i happened to see a young man (about 26-28 years old) who got baptized about the same time i was leaving- about 2 years ago.

  a couple of pioneer sisters found him in the door to door work.

  one of them, a very attractive girl.

  If he's upset over losing a year, then how am I supposed to feel? I lost most of my life and all prospects of ever retiring.

  Don't feel to bad Magnum, I felt like an idiot when he was telling me the story. I was 59 when I learn TATT. But I didn't tell him that.

  For example who is willingly going to defend that Jesus came invisibly in 1914

  Not me that for sure!

  You are basically replacing your family that you love so much with strangers that don't give a rats ass about you and that will turn you in for any wrong doing they see. This new family will encourage you to pull the plug on your own life when it comes to certain medical decisions while the REAL "wordly" family will do everything to support and save you!

  That's the worse part of joining that most people don't realize at first.
